Return and Refund Policy 

Pre Order

1. There is specific date line for all items that are on pre-order basis. Kindly take note on the pre-order deadline.
2. Pre-Order price are only valid during Pre-Order Period. Pre-Order of item after due date are subject to retail price.
3. To confirm your order(s), deposit has to be made latest on the pre-order deadline.
4. Order(s) will be cancelled, if we do not receive your payment on the day of the pre-order deadline.
5. Once deposit/payment has been made, please send us a notification email, with the information below:

i. Order Number
ii. Your name and contact number
iii. Payment amount
iv. Date and time of bank-in
v. Bank transaction Reference number

Items are ordered and imported from overseas, and will usually take 5 weeks or more from the date line for items to be delivered.

Delivery of item(s) is/are subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays. 

All pre-order items are not refundable,not transferable and not exchangeable.

• The availability of item(s) can only be confirmed upon arrival. No cancellation is allowed unless the item(s) is/are out of stock, a full refund will be credited to your bank account or selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
• The release dates of pre-order items should be used only as a guide.
• Pre-Order price and specification may vary due to unforeseen reasons. Subjected to final pricing when stock arrived
• Deposit that already placed for Pre-Order item cannot be cancelled ,change, or transfer to other item or to other customer.
• Release dates often vary in the hobby industry. Also, sales prices and specifications can vary due to manufacturing reasons.
• Balance of Pre-Order item must be paid within 7 days upon item arrival or else deposit will be forfeited. 
• Primo Collectibles reserves the right to provide refunds for orders that no longer support/accept/fullfill 

Upon Check out 

1. You've check and agreed to the price prior to check out. 
2. You hold the responbility to make necessary arrangement for payment or collect the item you've check out.  
3. You understand that order(s) will be cancelled, if we do not receive your payment in 3 working days
4. Primo Collectibles held no responbilities for the delay of delivery cause by logistic company or custom clearance. 

Payment Method For Oversea Customer

- All Paypal payment required additional 5 % fee except paying as gift 

- Bank Transfer

For Bank wire transfer please request the payment details from us. 

Please ensure the money we received is in full amount. Any intermediary bank charges deducted from our money will treated as incomplete payment.

1) Please choose OUR as codes in SWIFT wire transfer

– OUR means you pay all transfer charges. We receive the full amount of the payment you make.

– SHA (shared) means you only pay your bank’s outgoing transfer charge. We receive your payment minus the correspondent (intermediary) bank charges.

Oversea Buyers

- Make sure you read and agree the below T&C before making purchase. 

- Shipping are quote separately for oversea customer

- All shipping charges and tax are to be paid at customer side upon arriving the destination. 

- Due to expensive shipping fee for oversea for any damage/returns item customer are to bear the shipping charges to send back to us.

- You are encourage to assign us to inspect on the item before we ship out especially for statue. 

- No returns policy. All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchange for other products.

- There will be no refund for any item that we shipped out even it's defect or broken. 

Loyalty Points
- Vouchers claims from Loyalty Points are only to be used for new order / new purchase with new order ID and it cannot be used to deduct on existing Pre Order balance.
